How It Works

1. Purchase your package by January 10, 2025 Choose your package and payment plan. You'll receive a confirmation and receipt immediately.

2. We'll notify you when we reopen The office is currently closed due to flooding but will reopen mid-January. We'll email you as soon as booking opens.

3. Schedule at your own pace Book sessions weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or whenever you need them. No expiration, no pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I start using sessions? Sessions can be scheduled once we reopen (mid-January 2025). We'll email you with the exact date and booking instructions.

Do sessions expire? No. All packages have no expiration date. Use them at whatever pace works for you.

Can I use these for any session type?

  • Deep Work 44 and Build & Maintain 22 are for Integration sessions ($195 value)

  • Rhythm & Reset includes both Integration and Reset & Restore sessions

  • Grounding Protocol 12-Pack is for Grounding Protocol sessions only

Can I share or gift sessions? These packages are non-transferable and for your use only.

What if I need to use my FSA funds before December 31? Purchase today and we'll send a receipt immediately. Sessions can be scheduled once we reopen in January.

How do payment plans work? Choose your payment plan option at checkout. You'll be charged in equal monthly installments (either 3 or 6 months) starting today. Sessions are available to use immediately once we reopen, regardless of payment schedule.

What's the difference between these packages and your membership? Our $95/month membership includes one Reset & Restore session per month (must be used that month) plus 20% off additional sessions. These packages never expire and can be used at any pace—no "use it or lose it" pressure.

Can I combine packages? Yes! You can purchase multiple packages if you want a mix of session types or want to stock up for the year.

What happens after January 10? These special packages and payment plans end. We return to our regular 3, 6, and 12-packs (without payment plans) and our $95/month membership.
