Your longest session, and your comprehensive starting point. Real time for thorough assessment, so the treatment that follows is built around what you actually need — not a fixed protocol.
Ideal for — Complex or first-time situations, or anyone who wants unhurried time with their practitioner to get a full picture before treatment begins.

Integration Sessions
Deep work combining acupuncture, bodywork, and somatic coaching to integrate new patterns and build lasting change.
Perfect for — Those continuing foundation work, or existing clients wanting deeper support.

Relief & Restore
Your maintenance session for when life throws you off balance. Quick, effective, and focused on getting you back to center.
When you need — Regular tune-ups, acute flare-ups, or consistent nervous system support.

Focused Session
Your shortest visit — concentrated, direct treatment time with no extended rest period built in. What we focus on is based on what's presenting, in the time available.
Great for — Acute, localized concerns when time or budget is tight.

Add-On: Extra Time
Available with Focused Session
+$30 per additional 15 minutes
Added at checkout to the same visit — no rebooking, no rescheduling. If more time is clinically warranted than a Focused Session allows, this extends today's visit instead of requiring a follow-up.
